As leaders of a business or travel agency, there’s tonnes of pressure and responsibility, not just for your employees, but also clients.

That’s why it helps to identify your own management style, and make sure you’re not committing one of these faux-pas that could results in employee riots and anarchy. Just kidding, but the outcomes won’t be good!

It’s also good, once you’ve worked out which leadership style you had, to ask if your style is limiting the potential of your organisation.
