The Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 27 April to 1 May 2025.

Tourism Australia requires all sellers attending the event to submit a front panel graphic with one image representing their business for marketing purposes at ATE25, while Destination NSW requires sellers to submit a back panel graphic with one image representing their business.

Front panel graphic

Tourism Australia requires you to submit a front panel graphic with one image representing your business. Please refer to the instructions provided in the Tourism Australia ATE25 acceptance email.

Your front panel graphic is due to Tourism Australia by 31 January 2025. If you have any questions, please contact Tourism Australia.

Back panel graphic
Destination NSW will pay for the back panel graphic for your stand, to the value of $476 for a standard booth and $952 for a double booth. The panel will be ‘Feel NSW’ branded, and all NSW sellers will have the same look and feel in the designated NSW zone.

NSW sellers have two options for their ATE25 back panel graphic:

  • Reuse ATE24 back panel graphic: Only NSW sellers who attended ATE24 are eligible to select this option. NSW sellers will not be able to make any changes to their ATE24 back panel i.e., adjusting image layout.
  • Submit a new back panel graphic for ATE25: For a standard booth, please ensure the image is portrait, as landscape will not work in this format. For a double booth, a landscape image will work if using all 4 panels for 1 image. All images must be supplied at 300 DPI for the specified total size above, please note the booths are almost 2.5 meter tall, so large images are imperative.

ATE25 seller briefing

Destination NSW will be delivering a free, online briefing to NSW sellers to assist in preparing for ATE. The Seller Briefing is recommended for all new ATE seller businesses, or staff attending for the first time.

Experienced ATE sellers are also welcome to join and refresh their skills. Topics included are preparation for ATE, what to bring, what’s on during ATE25 and an overview of the NSW stand at ATE25.

Date: Tuesday 8 April 2025
Time: 10:30am-11:15am
Location: Online (link will be sent prior to event)
