The innovative e-learning certificate program is strategically designed to augment the expertise of retail travel agents in the land-based touring sector, showcasing the variety and uniqueness of touring, highlighting that there is a perfect tour for everyone.

“The CATO Academy offers a meticulously structured certification program, tailored to enhance the capabilities of both seasoned travel agents and industry newcomers and ensures agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in today’s competitive market,” CATO managing director, Brett Jardine, said.
