Sydney chefs Trisha Greentree and Danielle Alvarez, plus winemaker Larry Cherubino, will make their debut during the 39th Hamilton Island Race Week with a beachside food and wine experiences on palm-fringed Catseye Beach.

The famous annual offshore sailing regatta around the island owned by the Oatley wine-making and yachting family, is on from 17-24 August and is a highlight of the social calendar for sailors and non-sailors alike.

Alvarez, the force behind Merivale culinary institution Fred’s in Sydney, will serve up a four-course farm-to-table dinner paired with fine wines curated by winemaker Cherubino under his own and Robert Oatley labels.   The Robert Oatley Pennant Cabernet that recently won the International Wine Challenge world’s best Cabernet trophy is among the fine selection.
