Travel agents have a deadline of 4pm on Monday to register their intention to lodge a claim against Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific in the fuel levy class action.
The carriers agreed to nut out a settlement last month although neither have admitted any liability.
Terms of the settlement are subject to court approval at a hearing on March 29.
Agents must contact Slater and Gordon or the Federal Court before the deadline to register an intention to claim.
