Dream take step closer to reality

Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner landed at Sydney Airport today, kicking off the seventh and final leg of the aircraft’s global ‘Dream Tour’.

The aircraft, which is eagerly awaited by a number of carriers, will join the Jetstar fleet in mid 2013.

But Jetstar Asia has downplayed information revealed on its Twitter and Facebook pages that services will launch next August with flights from Melbourne to Singapore, Auckland to Singapore and Singapore to Beijing.

The posts were removed with Jetstar Asia claiming the information was inaccurate
