Dubai may soon welcome a new swanky luxury hotel to its increasingly glitzy skyline, as Donald Trump is alleged to be in talks with developers to bring his five-star Trump hotels to the country.

According to Hotelier Middle East, Trump is “in talks” with Dumac Properties and if the deal gets inked, he plans to build the five-star hotel in the Akoya Oxygen, a green development construction, along Umm Sequim Expressway.

Trump is in the midst of developing a second 18-hole golf course in the same area.

Plans to develop luxury real estate in Dubai have been on Trump’s cards for quite some time after he pulled out on a project when the global financial crisis hit, according to reports.
