A select number of itravel agents were invited to Excite Holidays head office in Bondi Junction for an informal information session and morning tea.

The Sydney based itravel agents were taken on a tour of the head office and given an insight into Excite Holidays’ future plans by the company’s management team.

Excite general manager Joe Karbo said the informal information sessions were designed to provide travel agents with the opportunity to find out more about the true scope of Excite Holidays, meet staff the staff across the different departments and get an insight into what happens behind the scenes here.

“As part of our ‘made for agents’ promise, we’re committed to making our products and services as agent-friendly as possible and these events give us the chance to hear feedback on what we’re doing right and also where we can improve,” Karbo added.

Excite Holidays will be holding more informal information sessions at its head office in the future and interested agents are encouraged to contact their dedicated business development manager if they are interested in participating.
