Industry winners revealed at NTIAs

Flight Centre walked off with the best agency gong at the National Travel Industry Awards on Saturday night with Infinity Holidays winning best wholesaler international product and Qantas Holidays and Viva! voted best wholesaler Australian product.

Trafalgar carried off best tour operator international product with APT topping the domestic operator category.
Meanwhile, Royal Caribbean International was crowned best international-based cruise operator, with the Australia-based cruise operator category won by Princess Cruises.

Best domestic airline went to Qantas, best offline international airline went to Lufthansa Airlines while Singapore Airlines was again recognised as winner of the best international online category.

Tourism Queensland repeated its recent success, being voted the best national tourist office and Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Tourism was crowned as the best international office.

Harvey World Travel Winston Hills was declared best single location retail travel agency and Phil Hoffmann Travel took home the award for best multiple location agency. The title of best travel management company went to Flight Centre's corporate arm, FCm Travel Solutions.
