Jetset Travelworld Group (JTG) has confirmed that group general manager wholesale, Michael Londregan, will leave the company in June.
The firm said he had made the decision to leave in order to "pursue personal interests" and added he would not be available for comment.
Londregan returned from the US to Australia to take up the role in January 2012 following the departure of Simon Bernardi. He had formerly been president of JTG's US arm Stella Travel Services USA.
JTG chief executive, Rob Gurney, thanked Londregan for his contribution.
"He has played an important role in the restructuring of the wholesale division over the past 12 months and during his time at Qantas Vacations, a subsidiary brand of the Jetset Travelworld Group in the US," he said.
"We wish him well in his future endeavours."
Fiona Dalton, currently manager national industry sales JTG wholesale, will step into Londregan's role until a replacement is found.
