Qatar Airways has hinted it will seek compensation from Boeing as the aircraft manufacturer strives to get its troubled 787 Dreamliner back in the skies.
The carrier's chief executive, Akbar Al Baker, expressed confidence the aircraft will soon return to service, identifying the malfunctions as one-off events rather than a sign of a deeper problem.
"But that does not mean I will not get compensation," he reportedly told a news conference.
