Qantas has applied to the International Air Services Commission for an allocation of 150 seats per week on the New Caledonia route in order to accommodate aircraft subsitution on the route. The airline currently operates four services per week to New Caledonia using a combination of B767-300 and B737-800 aircraft.

 

Aerolineas Argentinas will reduce its Buenos Aires-Sydney service from three to two weekly services between April 8 and July 2. During this period, the Wednesday departure from Buenos Aires and the Thursday departure from Sydney will be cancelled.

 

Territory Discoveries has released its 2013/14 brochure with the addition of Inspiring Journeys' range of tours and accommodation options such as Seven Spirit Bay in Arnhelm Land and the Berkeley River Lodge in the Kimberley.

 

Destination NSW has launched a new digital marketing tool which showcases Sydney and the Hunter Valley Wine Region through on online 360 degree aerial tour. The tourism body expects four million people in Australia and around the world to watch the videos, with more destinations to be added down the line. Business travel and events company, the ATPI Group, has extended its contract with Travelport, giving the group access to Travelport's travel booking technology in a number of countries.

 

Tempo Holidays is offering a 10% on its eight-day Irish Food Trail self-drive tour when booked by 28 February. Under the offer, the gourmet itinerary is priced from $569 per person and is valid for travel until October 31.
