February will see Sydney's cruise industry hit another all-time high, with a record 36 ships scheduled to visit over the month. The number exceeds the former record of 33 set in February 2012.
Air Tahiti Nui will undertake a $17 million dollar overhaul of its five Airbus A340-300 aircraft to include a new inflight entertainment system and cabin redesign. The fleet will be reconfigured to two-classes with business class seats to rise to 32 from 24 and all seats to be replaced. The changes will be phased in from April 1.

Hahn Air has assured passengers affected by the recent filing for insolvency by OLT Express Germany GmbH, one of its partner airlines, that they will not be left stranded thanks to its Securtix insolvency insurance coverage. Reimbursement under the policy covers the difference between the initial ticket price and the new ticket price, meals and hotel accommodation along with extras such as transfers and phone calls.
