APT has released a preview brochure for its range of luxury small ship cruises in Europe, Scandinavia, Greece, the Black Sea, Egypt and Jordan to take place next year.

The itineraries will be operated by the 57-suite Island Sky and the 36-cabin Variety Voyager, and follow the launch of APT's small ship expedition cruising aboard the 55-suite Caledonian Sky late last year.

The new programs are the result of APT's investment in the Noble Caledonia cruise company late last year.

Jetstar will add two weekly flights between Cairns and Osaka between July 13 and September 1, taking frequencies to a daily service. It will add 8600 seats between the ports during the period.

Etihad has said it has completed its switch to Sabre's "SabreSonic" customer sales and service system "with minimal disruption"

Virgin Australia will operate two daily return flights between Brisbane and Moranbah during weekdays from April 2, rising to three per day from April 15. It will also operate one daily Sunday service.

The carrier will also operate a daily service between Brisbane and Bundaberg from May 4.
