Quest Serviced Apartments is seeking franchisees to invest and operate properties in its portfolio as it expands across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
The firm now has 150 properties across its network, with an additional nine scheduled to open around Australia this year.

Numbers visiting European regional areas in 2012 grew 15% with the number expected to rise by 10% this year.
Hahn Air will no longer raise Agency Debit Memos under a new policy for all e-tickets issued by HR ticketing centres after January 1, 2013. The change is designed to create an ADM-free environment for its network of ticketing centres.
Air Vanuatu is marking 25 years of flying with $200 return fares, excluding taxes and charges, from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne on its direct international services to Port Vila and Espiritu Santo.
The fares are valid on selected departures until November 30 and must be booked by February 15.
Japan Airlines and Russian carrier S7 Airlines have inked a deal that will see them commence codeshare flights from January 30. JAL will add Khabarovsk and Vladivostok to its network and will place its JL code on S7 services between Tokyo and the two cities. Meanwhile, S7 will also begin marketing JAL-operated services between Narita and other points in Japan from February15. Bookings for the codeshare services open today.
Emirates will launch daily services between Dubai and Tokyo Haneda from June 3, its third Japanese port.
