Qantas passengers affected by disruptions to London and Frankfurt services due to severe weather have been advised that they can rebook or reroute their tickets without fee.
Tickets issued on or before January 18 for travel up to and including January 21 on disrupted Qantas-operated or Qantas-marketed British Airways are eligible.
Travellers are being advised to refer to the flight status page on qantas.com for the latest flight status information.
