Qantas was the most punctual of the major airlines in May but its off-shoot QantasLink suffered the highest cancellation rate during the month.
More than 87% of Qantas domestic flights left on schedule, with Tiger second on 85%, Virgin Australia 84% and Jetstar 80%.
Qantas also topped the arrivals table with 85% of flights landing on time with Virgin second with 82%.
But QantasLink had the highest cancellation rate at 3.2% followed by Virgin Australia and Virgin Australia Regional Airlines on 2.1%.
Qantas cancelled 1.4% of its services during May, Jetstar 0.7% and Tiger 0.6%.
Cancellation were highest on the Gladstone to Brisbane route with 8.6% of services failing to take to the air followed by Brisbane-Gladstone (7.4%), Canberra-Sydney (6%), Sydney-Canberra (5.6%) and Emerald-Brisbane (5.1%).
