Mantra’s rising stars took to the Gold Coast earlier this month for some fun in the sun… Oh and some ‘professional development’, of course.
As part of the group’s annual Rising Stars program, the aspiring employees learnt the tricks of the trade from Mantra’s top executives, including chief executive Bob East.
An amazing race style treasure hunt also put the group’s leadership skills to the test.
Over 70 employees have graduated from the program since it kicked off in 2010, including many who have progressed to general manager roles across Australia and New Zealand.
