Youth specialist STA Travel has opened its first Australian concept store featuring iPads and WiFi to enable travellers to research their trips instore, then book them with an agent.
The new concept has debuted at STA’s store in Westfield Knox Shopping Centre, with the firm looking to continue to roll out the new model across other parts of Australia.
“STA Travel is confident that the innovative concept store, a one-stop integrated shop, will help assist and inspire customers to seek out authentic and rewarding travel experiences,” the company said.
