More than 150 executive and personal assistants received a sneak peak of The Star’s new event facilities last week, just two months out from the long awaited launch.
Managing director Frederic Luvisutto led the group of on a tour of the new event spaces and showcased the city skyline views from the new suites in The Darling hotel.
Topping off a night of canapes and cocktails, guest also received a complimentary night’s stay at the property’s newest addition, The Darling at The Star.
Following an $870 million redevelopment, The Star will reveal its new events complex in January next year. Designed to host domestic and international meetings, it can accommodate 4000 delegates and features a 1077 square metre space for larger functions.
