Off the back of rapid new growth, Travellers Choice business development managers met in Perth this month for an update on the group’s fast-evolving collection of member support services, including the revamped Cruise Club.

The briefing incorporated a demonstration of Site Builder 2.0, the latest version of Travellers Choice’s website solution, which allows members to create their own customised websites, featuring unique content and search engine support.

Gary O’Riordan, general manager accreditation, ATAS, also made an appearance to give BDM’s the lowdown on the scheme’s progress, and the current commercial safeguard products that are available to agents.

Travellers Choice now has one of the most experienced team of BDMs in Australia, according to chief executive Christian Hunter.

“Bringing the team together is not just an important way to keep everyone up-to-speed on our marketing and technology services,” he said.

“It’s also an opportunity for each manager to share their individual insights and skills with colleagues.”
