After 15 years of supporting travel industry professionals across Australia and seven years in New Zealand, TIME has officially launched the Travel Industry Mentor Experience – Canada.

“This exciting milestone means even more travel, tourism, hospitality, cruise and aviation professionals will have access to the power of mentorship, helping develop future leaders and strengthen our industry for years to come,” TIME announced.

“A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make this expansion possible, especially long time TIME Mentor and Advisor Steve Farrelly, as well as Edith Beaudoin, who will lead the program in Canada.”

TIME Canada officially launches in Toronto on 23 September 2026, with the Penny Spencer-led organisation and calling on mentors, mentees and partners in Canada to get involved.

TIME Canada will offer the same proven mentoring framework that has underpinned success in Australia and New Zealand, while being locally guided and supported by Canadian industry leaders.

Canadian professionals at all career stages are encouraged to get involved:

  • Mentees seeking guidance, confidence and career longevity
  • Mentors looking to give back, share experience and support the next generation
  • Partners and supporters committed to developing people and strengthening the travel, hospitality and tourism industry in Canada and globally.

As a not‑for‑profit organisation, TIME relies on the generosity of its mentors, supporters and sponsors to deliver its programs and extend its reach. So if you know someone in the Canadian travel industry, it would be grateful if you could tag them below and help spread the word.
