Off the back of the success of the new Netflix series, Territory, AAT Kings has launched a compelling new campaign in partnership with Tourism NT.

The series has captured the eye of audiences from around the world as it showcases the rugged and raw beauty of the Top End and its bucket list travel destinations like Kakadu, Daly River, and Tipperary Station.

The campaign capitalises on the show’s success, inviting travellers to experience the NT’s unparalleled scenery and culture through curated tours and itineraries. Through the partnership, AAT Kings and Tourism NT  make it clear that the NT is not just a stunning backdrop, but a destination that offers unforgettable real-life experiences.

The Top-End stars in Netflix’s Territory

Described as “Yellowstone in an Akubra,” Territory has drawn global attention to Australia’s outback, blending drama with breathtaking visuals. Showcasing the cascading waterfalls, wildlife-filled wetlands, rugged outback wilderness and vibrant sunsets that give the Top End its charm, Territory is a must-watch!

Following the launch of the show, AAT Kings, in collaboration with Tourism NT, is promoting a range of Guided Holidays, Short Breaks and Day Tours that highlight destinations featured in the series, offering authentic and immersive experiences.

Highlights include:

  • Breakfast at Kings Creek Station
  • Exploring Nitmiluk National Park’s Cicada Lodge
  • Adventures on Tiwi Island
  • Swimming in the waterfalls at Wangi Falls, Litchfield National Park
  • Rock art in Ubirr

Supporting this campaign is a dedicated landing page on AAT Kings’ website that provides themed travel deals, itineraries, and “set-jetting” content for fans eager to explore the series’ filming locations.

The campaign, running through November, is part of a broader effort to boost visitation, akin to the success of previous NT-based productions like Top End Wedding, which saw a 17 per cent increase in regional tourism.

The Northern Territory captivates with its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage, from the ochre sands of the Red Centre to the pristine waterfalls of the Top End. The experience of wandering through Kakadu, Katherine Gorge and Litchfield National Park while immersing yourself in ancient First Nations stories and rock art has to be seen to be believed.

AAT Kings tours offer a comfortable way to experience the Outback, from exclusive BBQ dinners at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park to sunsets over Litchfield’s termite mounds, blending natural beauty with cultural depth.

Agents booking travel before the end of the month to score hundreds in rewards

Additionally, AAT Kings has launched an exclusive incentive for travel agents: bookings made and deposited in November qualify for rewards. This AAT Kings A-LISTER incentive adds to the energy, spurring agents on to promote NT tours.

Throughout November, agents can earn a $100 gift card for every AAT Kings booking deposit made. Inspiring Journeys booking deposits will earn a $200 gift voucher.

“The more you book, the more you make – the sky’s the limit” AAT Kings says.
