AAT Kings has launched its newest off-the-beaten-track Australian experience; Queensland Spirit: Heart of the Outback tour.

For clients that love our sunburnt country, this adventure takes travellers into the remote Queensland outback, offering rare glimpses into life on the land.

Departing from and returning to Brisbane, the seven-day Queensland Spirit: Heart of the Outback tour gives guests the chance to experience Queensland’s biggest attractions visiting frontier towns to meeting quirky characters, exploring vast stretches of farmland and staying in offbeat accommodation.

Highlights include a behind the scenes peek of Australia’s largest collection of dinosaur fossils at the Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum in Winton, the chance to explore the birthplace of Qantas, sleeping in restored shearers’ quarters on a historic working station, resting up in eco-friendly glamping tents under the stars and topped off with an epic rail journey that truly showcases the hypnotic landscape of the Australian countryside.

The first departure will leave Brisbane on 23 April 2022, and travellers can save up to $500 per couple as part of AAT Kings Wild Awaits promotion for select departures from Jan 1, 2022 – Mar 31, 2023.

Last month, AAT Kings unveiled a new interactive brochure for its 2022-23 season giving agents and customers a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience, and promoting more sustainable practices within the industry by reducing printing.

The brochure includes embedded videos, pop-up animations and immersive timelines while retaining the brand’s customisable call-to-action technology, allowing agents to create personalised brochures to suit customers’ needs, including the ability to add wishlist tours and agent details (including logos) before sending to clients.
