AAT Kings is hitting the road with Helloworld Travel this May, embarking on a multi-stop trade and consumer roadtrip across Queensland, Northern New South Wales, the Hunter, and the Central Coast.

Running from 25 to 29 May 2026, the AAT Kings Roadtrip will travel from Brisbane through to Sydney, visiting a range of Helloworld Travel stores and partner locations along the way. The initiative will include a mix of trade-focused “Open Coach” events for travel advisors, alongside consumer-facing “Taste of Touring” experiences designed to inspire travellers to discover Australia and New Zealand through guided holidays.

The roadtrip forms part of AAT Kings’ continued commitment to supporting the trade industry at a grassroots level, while bringing the guided touring experience directly to local communities through immersive and engaging in-store activations.

The roadshow travels from Brisbane through regional Queensland and the Gold Coast, before continuing down the coast into Northern New South Wales to Ballina, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie, and then wrapping up across the Greater Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast regions.

Showcasing AAT Kings customised small group touring coach, the AAT Kings team hosts a variety of experiences including onboard coach inspections, product showcases, destination inspiration sessions and opportunities for agents and consumers to connect directly with the team behind one of Australia’s most established touring brands.

The “Open Coach” trade events give travel advisors the opportunity to step onboard and experience the AAT Kings product firsthand, while hearing the latest updates across the brand’s expanding Small Group and Classic Tour offerings across Australia and New Zealand.

Consumer “Taste of Touring” events will offer travellers a relaxed and interactive way to learn more about guided holidays, ask questions and gain inspiration for future travel plans.

“Travel advisors remain at the heart of our business and this roadtrip is about getting back out into local communities, reconnecting with our valued trade partners and inspiring travellers together,” AAT Kings Group CEO Ben Hall.

“We’re proud to partner with Helloworld Travel on this initiative and bring the AAT Kings experience directly to agents and consumers across the east coast. Whether it’s stepping onboard the coach, hearing about our newest Small Group experiences or simply having a conversation about travel, these events are about creating genuine connection and excitement around touring.”

The roadtrip comes as AAT Kings continues to see strong demand for guided touring, particularly across Small Group experiences and iconic Australian destinations including the Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia and New Zealand.
