AAT Kings has announced three new appointments to its sales team, Adrian Piotto as general manager of commercial, sales and revenue, Christina MacDonald is the new NSW/ACT sales manager, and Nicky Keay joins as a QLD sales manager.

Having worked alongside the business in 2025, Adrian Piotto brings extensive experience across sales leadership, distribution and commercial strategy within the travel sector. In this role, he leads commercial, sales and revenue functions across Australia, New Zealand, North America and EMEA, focusing on driving revenue performances, strengthening distribution partnerships and supporting regional sales teams to deliver continued growth.

Christina MacDonald joins the team with extensive sales experience spanning wholesale and retail travel, including leadership roles within the Flight Centre Network. As Sales Manager, she focuses on deepening agent engagement and driving growth across the region, drawing on her strong trade knowledge and relationship management expertise within the NSW and ACT markets.

Nicky Keay brings more than 25 years’ experience across retail, wholesale, airline and cruise sectors. Beginning her travel career with Flight Centre in New Zealand before moving into wholesale roles across hotels and cruising. After relocating to Australia eight years ago, Nicky was Business Development Manager with Wendy Wu Tours, and most recently served as a Travel Advisor with Cruiseabout. She offers strong industry relationships, deep market insight and a proven ability to support trade partners across the state.

AAT Kings CEO Ben Hall said it was a strategic move that reinforces their commitment to strengthening trade partnerships and delivering exceptional travel experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

“We know that strong trade partnerships are at the heart of our success, and the appointments of Adrian, Christina and Nicky reflect our commitment to supporting our agency network,” Hall said.

“Each brings outstanding industry knowledge, commercial expertise and a genuine passion for the travel industry. Their on-the-ground experience across key markets will ensure we continue to strengthen relationships, unlock new opportunities and deliver unforgettable travel memories across Australia and New Zealand.”
