Accor Plus has recorded a 39 per cent uplift in conversion rates within 30 days of launching a redesigned payments platform delivered in partnership with Endava.
The hospitality loyalty subscription program, which has more than 450,000 members across Asia Pacific, said the payments upgrade has also reduced page load times by 40 per cent while expanding checkout options for members across the region.
The first phase of the project replaced Accor Plus’s legacy payments system with a scalable platform designed to support growth, simplify infrastructure and enable faster integration of new payment methods and markets.
Within the first month of launch, conversion rates from the product page rose 2.8 percentage points, from 7 per cent to 9.8 per cent. Accor Plus said the stronger performance reflects growing demand for faster and more seamless payment experiences.
“We needed a partner who could help modernise our payments system to support our rapid expansion across APAC and beyond,” Accor Plus vice president Finance, Asia Pacific, Mark Rice, said. “Endava’s solution is both flexible and scalable and has vastly improved customer experience.”
The new Accor Plus platform supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, internet banking and regional payment methods including GrabPay.
The new platform now supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, internet banking and regional payment methods including GrabPay, giving members more flexibility depending on their market.

Accor Plus also said the system now offers improved multi-currency capability and stronger regional compliance through direct bank integrations in countries where payments must be processed locally.
The business operates across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and Indonesia, with the upgrade aimed at delivering a more consistent customer experience across all markets.
“Working with Accor Plus has been an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the power of modernised payments systems,” Endava, commercial delivery director APAC, Gareth Foster, said.
“By addressing their specific challenges, like multi-currency support and fast market expansion, we’ve been able to deliver a solution that improves both customer experience and operational efficiency. We’re looking forward to continuing our collaboration with Accor Plus by enhancing their loyalty program and further engaging their customers across the region.”
The next phase of the partnership will focus on further user experience improvements, broader service offerings, additional payment and language options, and new ways for organisations to extend Accor Plus benefits to employees.
