Addicted to Maldives, a luxury travel specialist under Travel Addiction Group, has partnered with Envoyage to deliver an iconic Maldivian experience for global celebration.

The four-night experience for Envoyage’s Icons 2024 brought together a group of 132 VIPs that included 50 of the world’s leading travel advisors, their guests, and Envoyage partners at the prestigious Heritance Aarah Resort in the Raa Atoll.

The exclusive gathering, celebrating Envoyage’s top performers from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, and the USA, showcased ATM’s unparalleled expertise in crafting luxury Maldivian experiences across 70 private villas at the resort.

“Being selected as the dedicated booking partner for Icons 2024 is a testament to our team’s deep understanding of the Maldives and our ability to create extraordinary experiences,” Travel Addiction Group COO, Paul Lechner, said. “The Maldives holds a special place in our hearts, and our intimate knowledge of its resorts, culture, and logistics allows us to craft unforgettable moments for any occasion – from romantic getaways to significant corporate events like this.”

“Partnering with Addicted to Maldives for Icons 2024 has elevated our celebration to new heights,” Envoyage global managing director, Danielle Galloway, added. “Their intimate knowledge of the destination and ability to craft extraordinary experiences aligns perfectly with Envoyage’s commitment to excellence in travel. The seamless execution of this event truly honours our top performers’ achievements.”

The carefully curated program featured two signature evening events, a Welcome Celebration and Farewell Gala, complemented by authentic Maldivian experiences including mixology masterclasses, traditional cooking workshops, and exclusive marine adventures such as dolphin spotting and a group sunset cruise.

“What sets the Maldives apart isn’t just its pristine beaches and overwater villas,” Lechner continued. “It’s the destination’s unique ability to deliver transformative experiences, whether for a honeymoon couple or, as demonstrated with Icons 2024, for more than 50 of the world’s top luxury travel advisors. This event showcases TAG’s expertise in not just individual travel arrangements, but also in managing complex, large-scale luxury events that require meticulous attention to detail and deep destination knowledge.”

This prestigious event adds to ATM’s portfolio of successful luxury gatherings in the Maldives, reinforcing Travel Addiction Group’s position as the go-to specialist for both individual and corporate luxury experiences in the destination.
