Adventure World is hosting a dedicated training webinar for travel advisors on Wednesday 29 April to showcase the newly released Tailor-Made brochure and help maximise its value as a client consultation and sales tool.
Following an overwhelmingly positive response from the trade, with many advisors describing the new brochure as one of the most useful consultation tools they’ve seen, the webinar, from noon to 12:3pm AEST, has been designed to help agents navigate the brochure’s innovative structure, layout and product content.
“This webinar is about more than introducing a brochure,” Adventure World head of sales Elsa McLean said. “It’s about giving our trade partners the confidence to lead the conversation – to take inspiration off the page and turn it into meaningful, bookable journeys for their clients.”
The session highlights how the brochure has been built specifically for advisors, combining inspiration with practical planning tools. Key features include:
- Dual ‘Experience’ and ‘Explore’ format – visually rich Experience pages inspire clients, while detailed Explore pages provide the geographical and logistical information advisors need for expert trip planning.
- Recommended Routes – pre-designed itineraries that balance iconic highlights with lesser-known destinations to help advisors quickly build compelling journeys.
- Built-in upsell pathways – clearly marked “Go Further”, “Go Deeper” and “Stay Longer” modules designed to deepen client immersion and increase booking value.
The webinar also highlights the extensive destination and product expertise woven throughout the brochure, reinforcing Adventure World’s specialist knowledge and giving advisors greater confidence when consulting with clients.
The session will be hosted by Elsa McLean, with head of product Anna Burgdorf also joining. As head of product, Anna provides deeper insights into the itineraries and experiences featured in the brochure and will be available during the webinar to answer any product-related questions from advisors.
The webinar will cover:
- Key highlights and new features of the brochure
- How to use the brochure effectively in client consultations
- Tips for selling both ready-to-book itineraries and fully tailor-made journeys
