With direct flights to Bali from Perth, Darwin, Adelaide and Melbourne (from 21 March 2026), AirAsia has announced its Big Bali Bonanza sale with fares starting from $135.

“Bali remains the most consistently popular destination for Australian travellers, and we are excited to see demand continue to grow for our services out of Adelaide, Darwin, Perth and soon, Melbourne,” AirAsia acting president director of Indonesia Captain Achmad Sadikin Abdurachman said.

“Our Big Bali Bonanza sale provides exceptional value and more choice for Australians looking to holiday in Bali or connect onwards through our extensive network or more than 130 destinations.

The Big Bali Bonanza sale lead in prices:

  • Perth to Bali from $135
  • Darwin to Bali from $165
  • Melbourne to Bali from $185
  • Adelaide to Bali from $185

AirAsia offers travellers seamless access to its extensive network via the convenient Fly-Thru service. Passengers travelling to Bali can connect seamlessly onwards to major destinations across the AirAsia network including the recently announced Da Nang, as well as favourites such as Phuket, Bangkok, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, without the need to collect their baggage. Travellers flying from Melbourne and Sydney to Kuala Lumpur can connect onwards to destinations including Istanbul, Colombo, Cebu, Tashkent and Osaka.

For travellers wanting more, the AirAsia boarding pass unlocks exclusive discounts and offers at key locations across Bali. Offers include free entry to Atlas Beach Club, 15 per cent off at Cafe Del Mar and 20 per cent off at This Is Bali restaurant. Australia remains one of Bali’s most important source markets, with the island continuing to attract travellers year-round. The latest data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics show there was a 7 per cent increase in traveller numbers to Indonesia in 2025, making it the most visited destination for Australians last year.
