Albatross Tours, winner of also claimed Wholesaler/Tour Operator of the year at the 2024 Women in Travel Awards, has promoted James Hewlett to the role of director of sales & marketing.

Prior to joining Albatross, Hewlett founded Endurance Marketing & Consulting and was also a former head of Marketing for Collette and was GM Marketing & Product for Wendy Wu Tours Australia.
