Albatross Tours has announced major team expansion as it enters its next phase of growth headlined by the recruitment of new regional sales managers for Queensland and NSW.
Brisbane based Harry Sargant has been promoted to director of Sales to lead the newly expanded team.
Transitioning back to lead Marketing after a high-impact year dual-managing Sales and Marketing, James Hewlett returns to lead marketing with a sharp focus on long-term brand strategy and to spearhead the next phase of digital expansion and loyalty innovation. These have recently been bolstered by the arrivals of loyalty specialist Nicole Gruver and digital marketing executive Heidi Nguyen.
To further support retail partners, the company is also adding a European Touring Specialist, reporting to well-known customer service manager Matt Speakman. This is based at its Brisbane call centre, ensuring industry-leading response times remain under two minutes.
