The 2025 Helloworld Travel OMC has wrapped up in Vancouver with over 400 delegates attending the 3-day conference.

Helloworld COO and executive director Cinzia Burnes took to the stage on Saturday morning and provided an update that included the latest cruise news for the business.

Headlining the news was the announcement of a new brand – Signature Collection by Cruiseco. A sister brand to the recently launched VIVA Gold, Signature Collection will elevate the luxury cruise offering with a curated portfolio of premium cruise packages tailored for the discerning traveller. The delegates present were then invited to be directly involved in the new brand launch and cast their vote for their favourite logo for the new brand.

“We continue to have the best contracts in place across all major cruise lines and its terrific to see cruise out-performing the market in general,” Burnes said. “We continue our focus on luxury and exclusives with the launch of Signature Collection by Cruiseco.”

Burnes then reminded agents of the advantages of the Cruiseco and Creative Cruising allocations that provided both fixed prices and availability. She added that the offering that works so well for Ocean Cruising will be adapted and more River Cruise offerings will be rolled out very soon.

She also touched on the work being done on the popular area of cruise packaging – combining cruise, land, and also air in partnership with Helloworld’s Air Tickets division. These packages will feature trending destinations and deliver exceptional value without compromising on quality.

“Both the Signature Collection and our new cruise-and-air packages are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s cruise travellers and of course agents,” Burnes said.

“They reflect our commitment to delivering tailored cruise experiences across both the luxury and value spectrums – giving agents and their clients more choice, flexibility, and confidence when booking their next cruise.”

Another highlight of Burnes’ presentation was the announcement of commissionable shore excursions via Cruiseco to be launched in Australia and New Zealand very soon.

She finished the cruise news with a reminder of the 2025 Cruise Stars reward program cruising the US Pacific Coast from LA in partnership with Princess Cruises.
