The Board of Alliance is pleased to announce the promotion of Stewart Tully to the position of chief executive officer of the Group with effect from 1 March 2024.
Tully is currently the COO of Alliance, a position he has held for three years, having commenced employment with Alliance in Brisbane in 2015 as general manager of operations. He holds has very broad aviation experience, having worked either directly or indirectly in the aviation industry for 34 years.
“I am delighted that Stewart will bring his broad expertise which he will utilise in this role to run the company on a day-to-day basis,” MD, Alliance, Scott McMillan, said.
“We have worked extremely well together for the last nine years, and I have total confidence and trust in Stewart’s abilities.
“Having held the dual role of managing director and CEO for the last 18 months, this appointment will now allow me to concentrate on company strategy, corporate development, and growth”.
Separately, the company advises that it has commenced the search process for two additional directors as part of a Board renewal process which will be managed in an orderly fashion to ensure Board stability.
As is customary, Alliance will release its half-year results, post ASX market close, on 7 February 2024.
