Aman has revealed the summit-level residences at Aman Singapore, marking a key construction milestone for The Skywaters, the development set to become Singapore’s tallest tower.
The luxury hospitality group has released details of a highly limited collection of estate-proportioned homes and penthouses occupying the upper reaches of the 305-metre tower, which sits at the meeting point of the city’s CBD, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.
The offering includes two Sky Villas at the building’s apex, each with private pools and horizon-to-sky views, alongside a curated range of two- to five-bedroom deluxe penthouses and residences below. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the homes are built around Aman’s signature architectural restraint, with landscaped terraces, private pools and flexible wellness spaces featuring across select residences.
The development combines the branded residences with an Aman hotel, a dedicated Aman Spa and Wellness Centre, and access to Aman Club, the brand’s global private members’ network. All residential services will be directly managed by Aman.
Aman Group chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin said the project had been designed as a complete residential sanctuary rather than a standalone collection of homes, built around privacy, space and stillness, with every element under Aman’s direct management to bring the brand’s service standard to the development.
Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of developer Perennial Holdings, said construction had progressed past the one-third mark of the tower’s final height, and described the residences as reflecting a balance of space, tranquility and tropical design sensibility befitting Singapore’s “city in a garden” identity.
