AmaWaterways has unveiled a new Cruise & Fly offer for guests in Australia and New Zealand, marking an expansion of its local service capabilities and making it easier to book a complete river cruise journey in one place.

For the first time, guests and travel advisors can now book international flights directly through AmaWaterways’ Sydney-based reservations team, alongside their river cruise, benefiting from competitive airfares, expert support and a fully integrated booking experience.

To celebrate the local launch of AmaAir, AmaWaterways is introducing a limited-time Cruise & Fly promotion, combining more than 300 selected river cruise itineraries across Europe and Asia with return international airfares.

The new AmaAir offering reflects AmaWaterways’ commitment to simplifying the travel experience while providing greater value and flexibility for both guests and advisors.

“With the introduction of our local air services, we’re making it much easier for our guests and travel partners to plan and book a complete journey with confidence,” AmaWaterways managing director Australia and New Zealand Steve Richards said.

Through its Australian and New Zealand reservations centre, AmaWaterways is now offering competitively priced international airfares, giving advisors and travellers access to strong value without needing to source flights separately.

“From the moment a booking is made, our local team is there to support every step, from flights through to the river cruise experience itself,” Richards added.

“We’d really encourage our advisor partners to pick up the phone and try us for air. Our team is here, on the ground, and ready to help. Whether it’s finding the best routing, competitive fares or simply making the process smoother, we’re here to support you.

“For advisors, it’s about saving time, adding value for clients, and having confidence that everything is taken care of in one booking.”
