American Express and ALL Accor have expanded their partnership, introducing a new Membership Rewards points transfer option for eligible American Express Card members in Australia and New Zealand.
The Membership Rewards transfer benefit comes in addition to the complimentary ALL Accor+ Explorer benefit currently available to eligible American Express Centurion and Platinum Card Members in Australia and New Zealand.
The announcement is designed to elevate the travel journey for American Express Card Members in Australia and New Zealand enrolled in Membership Rewards – from planning and booking through to on-property recognition and rewards across Accor’s portfolio of more than 45 brands worldwide, including Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel.
American Express vice president of cobrand, loyalty, and partnerships Australia and New Zealand Nick Alexander said the partnership with ALL Accor reinforces Amex’s leadership in premium travel and loyalty, giving eligible Card Members new ways to engage with one of the world’s largest hospitality portfolios.
“Travel is a popular way in which our Card Members use their Membership Rewards points,” Alexander said. “This addition of a Membership Rewards transfer benefit with ALL Accor provides more ways for Australian and New Zealand Card Members to turn those points into travel experiences.
“Building on our existing partnership with Accor, we’re amplifying the value of two trusted global brands, by continuing meaningful recognition and adding greater redemption flexibility to deliver elevated, end-to-end experiences for Card Members across Accor’s global footprint.
“Whether it’s using points to cover the cost of a holiday or accessing elevated experiences like room upgrades and hotel dining, our Australian and New Zealand Card Members now have more choice in how they’re rewarded.”

“This partnership is about opening the full ALL Accor ecosystem to American Express Card Members in Australia and New Zealand,” Accor chief operating officer in the Pacific region Adrian Williams said.
“By converting Membership Rewards points into ALL Accor points, members can access everything from stays at our properties locally and around the world, to unique on-property experiences and exclusive events. It allows guests to engage with travel in a way that suits them, whether that’s a hotel stay, a dining experience, or tickets to live events, all within one connected network.”
From weekend stays at Peppers or Mantra properties along the coast, to premium city breaks at Sofitel and Pullman, Amex Card Members in Australia and New Zealand can now transfer five Membership Rewards Points for one ALL Accor Reward point. Points can be redeemed for stays, dining and experiences across Accor’s global network of hotels.
The existing ALL Accor+ Explorer benefit unlocks enhanced travel benefits and meaningful on-property recognition when staying at participating Accor hotels around the world, including:
- American Express Centurion Card Members are eligible to receive ALL Accor Platinum status, which includes access to Member rates and private sales, free Wi-Fi, a welcome drink and amenities, early check in / late check-out, complimentary breakfast and lounge access across Asia Pacific (where available), room upgrades (subject to availability) and accelerated earn & premium client service, each membership year.
