Amora Hotels & Resorts is making its Adelaide debut on 1 July and commences a $73 million transformation to the landmark Amora Adelaide.

Family-owned by Siriphatrawan family hoteliers, with a long heritage in international hospitality, Amora Adelaide becomes the brand’s fourth Australian hotel, joining a portfolio across Australia and Asia renowned for combining luxury with genuine hospitality.

Known for its refined luxury, exceptional service and experiences, and design that reflects the character of its surroundings, the brand’s arrival marks a new chapter for the landmark Adelaide property.

Located in the heart of the city on Victoria Square, the hotel has undergone extensive redevelopment to create Adelaide’s newest and genuine five-star destination. The transformation by architectural design company Cottee Parker includes a reimagined grand lobby that creates striking first impressions upon arrival.

The addition of brasserie style cafe, Victoria’s Table, further enhances Amora Adelaide’s impressive dining and beverage offering. A major transformation breathes a new life into Coal Cellar + Grill and continues to showcase the very best of South Australian flavours in a sophisticated setting.

Inspired by the spirit and landscapes of South Australia, the hotel’s 380 guest rooms feature sophisticated furnishings and refined design, drawing on tones and textures reminiscent of rolling hills, morning mist and caramel sunsets.

A 660sqm grand ballroom, over 2,200sqm of function space, supported by multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.

“We are pleased to introduce Amora brand to Adelaide and are confident that our signature hospitality and commitment to quality will resonate with South Australians, who are known for these values,” Amora Hotels & Resorts owner Earp Siriphatrawan said.

“Adelaide offers a distinctive blend of cosmopolitan energy and authentic Australian character, balanced by a strong sense of heritage. Our $73 million investment reflects a commitment to honouring the iconic Victoria Square building while delivering a new five-star destination for the city.

“This transformation will deliver refined rooms, standout dining and premium event spaces, positioning the hotel among Adelaide’s leading destinations.”
