Amora Hotels and Resorts has appointed Thi Tar Win as vice president of finance, where she will lead the group’s financial strategy and support its continued expansion across Australia and Thailand.
Win has been with the Amora group for more than 20 years and has progressed through a range of senior finance roles to become a key member of the executive leadership team.
She is a certified practising accountant with close to two decades of experience in hospitality finance.
In her new role, Win will oversee Amora’s financial due diligence on acquisitions, structuring and negotiating debt facilities and ensure disciplined capital allocation across the portfolio.
“Thi Tar’s appointment to vice president finance reflects her long-standing contribution to the Group over almost 20 years with Amora Hotels and Resorts,” said owner and CEO, Earp Siriphatrawan.
“During this time, she has progressed through a range of senior finance roles, consistently demonstrating strong commercial acumen, disciplined financial leadership and deep expertise in hospitality operations.”
Siriphatrawan noted that Win’s leadership has been central to the group’s expansion, including the recent acquisition of its flagship Adelaide property.
“She is a trusted member of the executive team and continues to provide strategic financial insight that supports disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation across the portfolio,” Siriphatrawan said.
Thi Tar Win said that a strong financial foundation is key to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
“I am sincerely grateful for the continued trust and support of our owners, whose long-term vision and steadfast commitment to quality remain integral to the Group’s sustained growth.
“Looking ahead, my focus is on further strengthening financial resilience across the business, empowering our teams to deliver operational excellence and ensuring the creation of sustainable, long-term value for all stakeholders,” she said.
