ANZCRO is expanding its dedicated trade sales team to four, adding two business development managers to work with account managers Jess Walker and Andrea Alloway across Australia.
The expanded structure gives ANZCRO greater national coverage and clearer alignment between account strategy and in-field engagement – creating more time in stores, more meaningful conversations and stronger day-to-day support for agency partners.
Amy Mudge joins the team with more than 10 years’ experience with Flight Centre and will work closely with store networks nationwide to drive engagement and build product confidence. With deep frontline retail experience, Amy understands exactly what consultants need on the shop floor – practical information, fast answers and supplier partners who genuinely show up.
Karma Clark steps into her BDM role after more than three years in ANZCRO’s NTIA Award-Winning Reservations Team. Passionate about showcasing the best of Aotearoa – from big-ticket highlights to the places locals won’t put on a postcard – she will deliver training and in-field engagement designed to build confidence and convert into bookings.
ANZCRO head of marketing Amy Mace said the expansion reflects the way ANZCRO has always valued trade partnerships: through presence, consistency, and long-term relationships.
“Agents love seeing a friendly ANZCRO face as much as they love reaching for our New Zealand Book when planning a Kiwi holiday,” Mace said. “Growing our team means we can spend more time where it matters – in stores, building relationships and giving our partners the practical support that helps them sell.”
The BDMs support the account direction set by Jess Walker and Andrea Alloway, translating strategy into practical, in-store action that reflects what agents want and need. Backed by its NTIA Most Outstanding Wholesaler and Most Popular Reservations Team wins, ANZCRO’s expanded sales model is built to help agents grow their Australia and New Zealand business.
