Agent pulls out of Euroscape deal

Melbourne-based travel agent, Cloud 9 Travel, has cut ties with Euroscape, leaving the wholesaler unable to sell tours.

Cloud 9 managing director Traci Webb said in a brief statement that, effective immediately, it “withdraws its services as licencee for Euroscape Travel and any other associated companies. Cloud 9 Travel no longer has any involvement with the Euroscape company in any way”.
Euroscape resumed trading under new owners earlier this year after collapsing in 2009. Iva Dalco, the former majority shareholder and managing director and who was retained as “advisor to management” in the new set up, said it was looking for a new management company.
While it was currently unable to sell tours, Euroscape can still sell accommodation, she said.
