Carnival call centre to open 24 hours
By admin

Carnival Cruise Lines will man their call centre 24 hours a day seven days a week in a move it claims is a first in the Australia market.

The company said it wants to provide agents and consumers with "continuous service".

It also reflects the changing nature of booking habits and the long hours worked by travel agents and prospective passengers, it said.

"We know Aussies lead busy lives and we also know holiday inspiration can strike at any time," Carnival Cruise Lines Australia and NZ director Jennifer Vandekreeke said. "For these reasons, and as part of our ongoing commitment to quality customer service, we will now be available for guests and agents whenever they need us."
