AAT Kings has made further management changes, and created a new role, as it continues to reshape its business.

The domestic coach operator has appointed former Tourism Queensland manager Wendy Harch as head of marketing, pricing and strategy, a new role which it believes will help “capitalise on growth opportunities”.

AAT Kings has also promoted head of sales David Gendle to the role of head of Australia and New Zealand sales while Fleur Ulbrick will spearhead international sales.

Global managing director Anthony Hayes said it further demonstrates its commitment and focus on the trade.

“These changes will assist us in identifying the right partnerships and growth opportunities moving forward,” he said.

Harch spent 10 years in senior management positions at Tourism Queensland and managed operations in 13 worldwide offices. She has also worked across destination-based projects and major campaigns including the Best Job in the World and Oprah Winfrey’s 2010 visit to Australia.
