Luxperience strengthens marketing team

Luxury travel show Luxperience has bolstered the size of its marketing team, adding two managers to its Sydney team and six staff to its global network.

Marketing managers across four continents have been appointed to recruit exhibitors and buyers to the trade show, including Ruben de la Fuente, Daryl Hudson, Sandra Leach, Petra Schickling and Cathy Mead.

Closer to home, John Delpech has been appointed as exhibition sales manager in the Sydney office and Samuel Lee returns this year as buyer program manager. He will oversee the development of exhibitor and buyer registrations from Asia.

Making the announcements this morning, Luxperience chief executive Helen Logas said this year's show was taking shape.

"2013 is off to a flying start. Agents, buyers, sellers and partnerships are falling into place," she said. "We are shaping up to deliver great networking opportunities to our global community of top-end travel exhibitors and buyers in September."

Luxperience will take place at the Overseas Passenger Terminal on September 2-4.
