The challenge for the industry is….demonstrating the value a wholesaler and travel agent adds to the booking process.

The things I like about my job are….…I have a really passionate and enthusiastic team who pride themselves on the service they offer our travel agent partners. Creative have a great range of products throughout the world.

And the frustrations….people who stand up close to the edge of the baggage carousel and leave no room to get past. There should be a line painted on the floor that we all have to stand behind. Very petty I know!

If I didn't work in travel I would be a…. I was a teacher in a past life so I would probably be doing that.

Qantas or Virgin?….love them both.

My proudest moment was….seeing my two boys play any sport.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was…..snuck into a business class lounge.

I try to relax by…I love swimming in the ocean.

The last time I feared for my life….taking on the vertical slide at Atlantis in Dubai.

If I can, I always try to avoid….queues.

I really wish I had….wings.

The best advice I've ever received was….enjoy life and have a laugh each day.

I don't understand why….we all stand up as soon as the seatbelt sign goes off on a plane.

My greatest weakness is….cheese.

And my greatest strength….my family.

If I was prime minister I would.…grant compulsory six weeks annual leave — great for the travel industry and we would all be much happier.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would….pay off the debts, do a few things around the house and travel more.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be….P Diddy.

I've always wanted to travel to….Antarctic.

My favourite holiday was….travelling to Europe and the UK in winter. Love to ski and love the lack of queues.
