Midweek Interview with Coralie Pierre, Sales & Product Manager, French Travel Connection
By admin

The challenge for the industry is… continuing to remain relevant to customers.

The thing I like about my job is … the relationships you nurture with so many great people in the travel industry, including staff, suppliers and agents.

And the frustrations… not enough hours in the day!

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a… florist

Qantas or Virgin? Qantas

My proudest moment was… arranging flowers for my best friend’s wedding.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was… as a child, running naked in the rain at night so I would get sick and not go to school (tried it a few times but it never worked).

I try to relax by… doing puzzles while listening to music.

The last time I feared for my life… last time I ran too fast on the treadmill.

If I can, I always try to avoid… eating too much yummy French food.

I really wish I had… the courage to go skydiving.

The best advice I’ve ever received was… to always be curious.

I don’t understand why… there are no map on bus stops in Sydney. How do you know where to get off?

My greatest weakness is… losing keys, phones, cameras… in fact everything!

And my greatest strength… finding lost things.

If I was prime minister I would… put maps on bus stops (easy things first)!

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would… take my friends and family on a fabulous holiday.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… a man!

I’ve always wanted to travel to… Bora Bora.

My favourite holiday was… the Greek Islands, especially Santorini.
