The challenge for the industry is…. To continuously look to improve and innovate whilst not losing the established quality reached so far.

The things I like about my job are… The people, the property, the new challenges each day & the learning.

And the frustrations…. Not enough hours in the day and not being able to switch off my brain at night.

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a…. International singing sensation.

Qantas or Virgin? Actually…..Etihad (They just won “World’s Leading Airline” for the 4th year in a row at the World Travel Awards).

My proudest moment was…. Performing in concert with my brother Pip back in 2007. It was definitely a highlight for me.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was….. Not enough room to give a comprehensive account, but let’s just say I can never visit Morocco again (I’m kidding).

I try to relax by… listening to classical chill out music or anything by Karl Jenkins.

The last time I feared for my life…. Driving through the Italian mountains in the dead of winter last year…aaaaagh!

If I can, I always try to avoid… temptation.

I really wish I had… tomorrow’s knowledge, yesterday.

The best advice I’ve ever received was… shiny shoes are the trademark of a gentleman.

I don’t understand why… we still don’t have marriage equality here in Australia.

My greatest weakness is…. My mum’s roast lamb…. OMG it's out of this world.

And my greatest strength…. Communication.

If I was prime minister I would… Invest money in establishing Australia as the world leader in renewable energy production and also the world’s best holiday destination.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would…. Build a fishing lodge on my block of land on the beach of Wedge Island in South Australia.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… Dame Edna.

I’ve always wanted to travel to…. St Petersburg.

My favourite holiday was…. The Algarve in southern Portugal.
