The challenge for the industry is….always to maintain relevance, reliability and value for your customers.

The things I like about my job are…working with a team that is dedicated to the customer.

And the frustrations….not being able to achieve everything yesterday!

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a….I can’t imagine life outside of travel!

Qantas or Virgin?….I see the world as much bigger than two airlines  / alliances. The most important thing is having free choice.

My proudest moment was…being told by my children’s friends that I was actually ‘quite cool’.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was….say no to my wife!

I try to relax by…engaging in active adventures / experiences.

The last time I feared for my life….saying no to my wife!

If I can, I always try to avoid…sitting still.

I really wish I had…the knowledge of today with the youth of yester-year.

The best advice I’ve ever received was…it’s not what happens, it’s how you deal with it that counts.

I don’t understand why…lots of things, but if I am interested I will

My greatest weakness is….my children.

And my greatest strength….I don’t give up.

If I was prime minister I would…be a little worried right now.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would….give it to my children.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… James T Kirk… boldly going where no one else has gone before!

I’ve always wanted to travel to….Antarctica.

My favourite holiday was….too many places to mention and too many more to see!
