New cruise link for TravelManagers

New cruise link for TravelManagers
By admin

Travel Managers has announced a new tie up with CruiseCo, which will provide its agents with increased access to cruising packages.

Revealed at the TravelManagers conference in Fiji at the weekend, the new partnership will allow travel managers to book to ship charters which are currently only available to CruiseCo members.

They will also have access to other itineraries at competitive rates.

Details of the program are yet to be confirmed, but at this stage the membership will only be available to cruise specialists or travel managers who complete certain levels of training.

TravelManagers chief executive Joe Araullo explained that the move followed ongoing demand for a dedicated cruise club.

“We had a lot of people asking for a cruise wholesaler. But rather than duplicate a good wholesaler, we figured the best option was to join CruiseCo,” he told Travel Today.

Details for eligibility are yet to be confirmed, and management is still considering whether to introduce a new website and brand, called Cruise Managers.
