Wotif inks rentals deal

Wotif has inked a deal with holiday rental site YesBookIt, as the online accommodation site ploughs deeper into the holiday rentals sector.

The agreement will see YesBookIt sell its inventory through Wotif.com, with instant booking confirmation available to customers.

Kevin Johnson-Bade, managing director of YesBookIt developer Midac Technologies, said the firm was “thrilled” by the integration of the site into Wotif.

“It provides our clients with a new channel to increase their sales on Australia’s leading accommodation website, with live bookings entering their systems automatically 24/7,” he said.

Wotif launched a stand-alone holiday rentals section in May to tap into “overwhelming” demand from customers and holiday rental suppliers.
